I don't understand why NUH forced users to use this app. The previous booking system was better since you didn't have to do everything on a tiny phone screen. Worse, not every person has a smartphone. Now, if you can't make an appointment on the app (such as when there are the all too frequent connectivity issues), a team assigns you a time and date, then mails you the details. No consideration for your schedule though. Please just allow online appointment management.

Good from an informational and functionality perspective. However, its technical reliabilty is really wanting. For the last 6 hours in the afternoon, the app is inaccessible due to connectivity issues. This seems to be a common occurrence with reference to past reviews. Hope the app's tech team is able to improve on its access reliability.

Highly unreliable and extremely buggy app. When you feed back to the technical team, they say we need to let the people who recommended us the app know about the issue. And when you tell those people who recommended the app, they say their job is only to recommend. We would need to talk to the technical team on the phone. And now begins the ping pong game where no one knows who is gonna settle the damn technical problem which has been plaguing users since 2-3 years ago till today.
